They are always left behind in communities where they are treated as inferiors and incapable which leads to stigma, isolation and discrimination hence limited access options to the infrastructural development in tourism activities with low levels of technologies. The purpose of this study is to analyse the impacts of digital transformation on tourism experience and perceived destination image of people with physical disabilities, and the effects of their tourism experiences on perceived destination image. The survey will be obliged to achieve the purposes of the research by collecting quantitative data in Kigali and Statistical Program for the Social Science (SPSS) for analysing data. Through the data of 381 people with physical disabilities, the results have showed that digital transformation has a significant positive impact on tourism experience and perceived destination image and also tourism experience has a significant impact on perceived destination image. This study will be beneficial to the businessmen, planners, policymakers and hosting communities to redesign and plan for this market segment hence an increase of their full access to tourism infrastructural developments with the help of digital solutions in a given area. | ||
