520 _aThe Actual purpose of this research is to undergo through the Role of emotional intelligence (EI) Resilience and effective leadership (LS) in the services industry. The very significant of the study to services industry is adding values to enhance leadership effectiveness of the company. Data was collected by means of questioner and standard electronical form. It was analyzed by using Smart PSL4, applying descriptive and inferential analysis through tables and descriptive correlations. The questioners were responded by 337 employees in North Cyprus. It seems that Emotional Intelligence totally anticipates both Effective Leadership and Resilience, but there is no evidence to suggest that Resilience significantly anticipates Effective Leadership or mediates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Effective Leadership. Anticipates Effective Leadership or mediates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Effective Leadership. This finding also involves into the critical role of leadership qualities, such as emotional intelligence and resilience, within the service industry in the North Cyprus. Emotional intelligence enables leaders to moves interpersonal dynamics force by facilitating the positives workplace areas and upgrade employee’s well-being. Resilience equips organizations to weather disruptions and emerge stronger. The study emphasizes the value of training initiates aimed at nurturing empathy, ethical decision-making, and adaptability to acquire great Representation. By prioritizing these attributes, businesses can attain enduring success and gain a competitive edge in the service sector. Furthermore, fostering a culture of positivity and continuous learning within organizations fosters innovation and enhances service quality and overall performance.
