ABSTRACT
The study aimed to find the mediating effect of intrapreneurial orientation on the
relationship between organizational identification and creative performance in the
hostel industry in Nigeria. The study used 14 hotels located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The study used Yamane formulas to determine the sample size. The judgmental
sampling technique was used to select 363 workers from all the hotels. The collected
data were analysed using the structural equation model (SEM). The study found that
organizational identification has a significant relationship with intrapreneurial
orientation but an insignificant relationship with creative performance. The study
found that intrapreneurial orientation has a significant relationship with creative
performance. The mediation analysis was performed using bootstrap analysis with a
sample size of 5000 and a confidence level of 95%, and the study found that
