| Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>The study aimed to find the mediating effect of intrapreneurial orientation on the <br/>relationship between organizational identification and creative performance in the <br/>hostel industry in Nigeria. The study used 14 hotels located in Lagos State, Nigeria. <br/>The study used Yamane formulas to determine the sample size. The judgmental <br/>sampling technique was used to select 363 workers from all the hotels. The collected <br/>data were analysed using the structural equation model (SEM). The study found that <br/>organizational identification has a significant relationship with intrapreneurial <br/>orientation but an insignificant relationship with creative performance. The study <br/>found that intrapreneurial orientation has a significant relationship with creative <br/>performance. The mediation analysis was performed using bootstrap analysis with a <br/>sample size of 5000 and a confidence level of 95%, and the study found that <br/>intrapreneurial orientation fully mediates the relationship between creative <br/>performance and organizational identification.<br/>Keywords: Creative performance, Intrapreneurial orientation, Hotel industry, Nigeria, <br/>Organizational identification |
