Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>Robust training will allow firms to keep the correct group of workers with the necessary <br/>skills, knowledge and attitude. It will also guarantee that preparations are put in place to <br/>overcome the difficulties of skill shortages in future industries. This research study <br/>examines the relation between perceived training and person Job fit at Airtel Networks <br/>Limited in Abuja (psychological capital). In this study, the survey research is approached <br/>with a questionnaire, which was used to allow the researcher to successfully gather insight <br/>on the subject. The study's findings indicate that for firms to experience the necessary <br/>skills to enhance person job fit, which in turn increases employee productivity. Training <br/>programs must be developed and employees who are, of course, the most important assets <br/>of an organization, must be consistently trained. This study shows that the selection <br/>technique, training design, and training delivery style all have an impact on the outcomes <br/>of training programs and ultimately the person Job fit.<br/>Keywords: Perceived Training, Person Job Fit, Psychological Capital<br/> |
