| Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>The essence of this study is to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility <br/>(CSR) on organizational performance as regards stakeholders in Nigerian Bottling <br/>Company Plc, Lagos. In order for organizations to adopt a more practical approach to <br/>creating jobs, enhanced efficiency, and enhanced quality of life, this calls for <br/>participation in the countries corporate and social development projects. Due to the <br/>continuous debate about the link between CSR and organizational success, further <br/>investigation into CSR actions in Nigeria is required. The aim of this study is to <br/>evaluate the effect of CSR on different dimensions related to organizational success. <br/>The dimensions used in this study are corporate reputation, brand differentiation and <br/>employee commitment.<br/>Three hypotheses were proposed in order to examine the effect of corporate social <br/>responsibility (CSR) on the dimensions mentioned above as regards stakeholders in <br/>Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, Lagos. A quantitative research method was used with <br/>only 316 questionnaires that were returned after sending 337 questionnaires online. <br/>And all the three hypotheses generated were supported. Therefore, it is concluded that <br/>the business reputation of Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, Lagos is greatly enhanced <br/>through CSR. <br/>Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Performance, <br/>Stakeholders. |
