| Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>Occupational health is concerned with protecting workers from harm on the job and <br/>places a premium on identifying and eliminating potential dangers before they ever <br/>become problems. Promoting and maintaining a culture of health in the workplace has <br/>numerous benefits for individuals, communities, businesses, and nations. Investment <br/>in workplace safety and health has been shown to increase productivity, product <br/>quality, employee motivation, job satisfaction, and general well-being and protect <br/>employees from harm.<br/>The study's goal was to determine the impact of occupational health and safety <br/>management on workers' job satisfaction and perceived job meaningfulness using <br/>NPHIL employees. A judgmental sampling technique was used to select 175 workers <br/>at NPHIL. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software, and the multiple <br/>linear regression model was used to estimate the impact of occupational health and <br/>safety management on workers' job satisfaction and perceived job meaningfulness.<br/>The study found that hazard prevention, control, and employee surveillance <br/>statistically impact employees' job satisfaction. The study revealed that hazard <br/>prevention and control and employee surveillance statistically impact perceived job <br/>meaningfulness. It was found that health and safety training, hazard identification and <br/>risk management, workplace inspection, and incidence investigation have a <br/>statistically insignificant impact on job satisfaction and perceived job meaningfulness.<br/>Keywords: Employee surveillance, Job satisfaction, Occupational hazard, Perceived <br/>job meaningfulness, Workplace inspection |
