Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Business Administration Department Özet: ABSTRACT Satisfied employees require their way of thinking and emotions to have a positive impact on their lives at work, as it influences their performance as workers as well as their dependability, obligation, collaboration, and correlation with the attitude of other employees. Resource management has gained more importance in business in recent times since the knowledge of people is an imperative feature affecting the efficiency of the company. One key aspect of HRM, among others, is evaluating the satisfaction of employees. The study seeks to explore the role of knowledge management in practicing human resources from an employee satisfaction perspective using evidence from Sierra Leone Telecommunication Companies. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of human resource management practices on employees' satisfaction. The study used a quantitative method to collect, analyze, and interpret the data. Through a structured questionnaire, data was collected from 363 workers in the Sierra Leone Telecommunication Companies. It was revealed that employees' satisfaction has a positive relationship with planning and recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, and knowledge management. There is a negative relationship between employees' satisfaction and training programs. Compensation, performance appraisal are statistically significant and influence employees' satisfaction. Knowledge management was found to have an indirect but not statistically significant effect on employees' satisfaction. Keywords: Employees' Satisfaction, Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, Sierra Leone Telecommunication Companies.
