ABSTRACT
Several studies have been conducted to investigate the concept of reward and its impact on employee motivation. There has also been consideration given to how these rewards contribute to the overall achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of monetary and non-monetary rewards on employee motivation, using the case study Youngfidel Modern Traditional Dress Enterprise. The investigation of the impact of monetary and non-monetary rewards on employee motivation, case study Youngfidel Modern Traditional Dress Enterprise, was done using a descriptive research approach. In the sample design, simple random sampling was applied. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument, and it was distributed to 93 Youngfidel Modern Traditional Dress Enterprise employees. In total, 93 responses were received and analyzed using SPSS 26.0. To process and represent findings, standard processes were used. After that, inferential statistics (The Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) and multiple regressions were used. The study's findings revealed a moderately significant association between non-monetary rewards and employee motivation (r =.419, p 0.01). Moneyed rewards had a substantial association with motivation (r =.383, p >0.01). Furthermore, flexible working hours were cited as a favorite reward by Youngfidel Modern Traditional Dress Enterprise employee
