Therefore, organizations can only succeed with an excellent climatic environment where employees can contribute to the growth and success of the organization. For this purpose, the study was carried out to determine how organizational climate affects the job commitments of workers at CDCAL Ltd. The research design used for the study was descriptive. The study used the Yamane formulae to determine the sample size, and the final sample size was 123, consisting of 77 males and 46 females. The study collected data from the participants by administering questions, and a simple random sampling technique was used to select all the respondents. The study used the ordinary least squares estimation method to find the effect of organizational climate on the employees' job commitments with the help of Stata software. The results from the correlation analysis show that organizational climate has a significant relationship with continuance, affective, and normative commitments. From the regression analysis, the study concluded that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on continuance, affective, and normative commitments.
