Konu(lar): Tez notu: Thesis (MSc) - Cyprus International University. Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Health Care Organizations Management Özet: This research investigates the influence of organizational supportive culture in mediating the relationship between Human Resources Management (HRM) practices and employee satisfaction at Erdogan Hospital in Mogadishu, Somalia. The study examines the influence of HRM practices on employee satisfaction and explores the role of organizational supportive culture as a mediator in this association. By investigating the mediation role of an organizational supportive culture, this study aims to contribute to the existing body of knowledge on HRM practices, employee satisfaction, and organizational culture in the healthcare industry. The objective is to improve comprehension of the mechanisms involved with promoting employee happiness in a healthcare environment within a demanding context such as Mogadishu. Despite the recognized importance of HRM practices and employee satisfaction, there is a need to understand the underlying mechanisms that influence this relationship in the context of hospitals. Researchers employ a systematic and methodical strategy to address the current problem (Sekaran et al., 2003) to discover a solution. The results may provide significant insights for leaders and HR professionals aiming to enhance HRM methods and foster a supportive culture in order to enhance overall employee happiness in comparable settings. The information gathered, illuminated several facets of the organizational culture and human resource management methods at Erdogan Hospital. A more detailed picture of employee attitudes and traits may be achieved by analyzing the demographic data, which shows that the workforce is heterogeneous. Training is positively correlated with other important elements, including appraisals of performance, rewards, recognition, organizational culture, and employee satisfaction; this shows that the hospital is committed to staff growth. Everything in the hospital's work environment is interdependent on these other parts. The research supports an upbeat view of performance evaluation by emphasizing the significance of this tool for identifying areas of strength and improvement, motivating employees to perform at their best, and influencing general attitude and behavior at work.
