Correlation analysis was used for data analysis via SPSS. The results showed that employees perceive in the future, when more advanced AI tools integrated into work process, exisiting work practice will change and some employees from specific units may face increased job insecurity. On the other hand, study also showed a positive correlation between employee perception of AI integration to work processes will bring in opportunities and this in turn will increase employee engagement. Employees being positive and accepting AI integration at work believe, with little employee training, worries of losing job will lessen. As study results illustrated, employees believe some jobs have a chance to pass to AI systems but also believe AI integration will bring advantages of fast decision making and control over information flow especially when dealing with customers with different needs. Thus, it is important for managers to take into account the ethical and social ramifications of AI integration and guarantee its utilisation in a responsible manner to mitigate adverse effects on the labour force.
