The integration of educational technology has become a pivotal consideration for higher education institutions seeking to enhance their teaching and learning environments. This study investigates the role of educational technology in the context of Cyprus International University, aiming to uncover its challenges, benefits, and implications. Through a comprehensive approach, the research explores educators' and students' perceptions, experiences, and attitudes toward the use of technology in education.
The study's significance lies in its contribution to the ongoing discourse on the effective utilization of educational technology in higher education. By focusing on a specific institution, it offers contextually relevant insights that can inform strategic decision-making, curriculum development, and faculty training. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to comprehensively examine the experiences, perceptions, and challenges faced by students, faculty, and administrators at CIU. The quantitative phase analyzes survey data from a diverse sample of CIU students, assessing the frequency of educational technology use and its influence on student engagement and academic achievements.
