'ABSTRACT The domains of learning and teaching are undergoing numerous transformations as higher-education institutions quickly adopt the concepts and practices of e-learning. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors that affect University students' attitudes toward E-learning on the Moodle system. The sample consists of 287 students who were selected according to convenience sampling in Cyprus International University. In this study, the "Attitudes Toward E-Learning on The Moodle System" scale developed by Tzu-Chin Rejoice Chou and demographic questions were used for collecting data. The scale consists of five factors: Perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, e-learning effectiveness, e-learning system satisfaction, perceived self-efficacy and satisfaction, and multimedia instruction. The result of this study reveals that perceived usefulness is the most important factor regarding the attitude of e-learning system usage. Behavioral intention has a strong impact on university students' attitude. Keywords: E-Learning, Moodle, Higher Education, Attitudes, Perceived Usefulness, Behavioral Intention.'
